Together with our partner agency GPJ Germany from our Project Worldwide Family, we realized the trade fair appearance of our long-standing customer LAPP at SPS 2023 in Nuremberg. Familiar elements, such as the large cable tree as a central eye-catcher, were also used again.
We’re still buzzing about this year’s IAA Mobility, which took place in Munich in September. For the International Motor Show, our team brought the creative ideas of French agency Lonsdale Design to life and created an outstanding trade show presence for Renault at the IAA Summit and Open Space in downtown Munich.
In September, we were at the Essen trade fair with our team to implement the trade fair stand for our customer voestalpine Böhler Welding at Schweissen & Schneiden 2023. Over five trade fair days, the global technology leader in the welding industry presented its innovative solutions for productivity and occupational safety. A complete success, we are looking forward to the next Schweissen & Schneiden 2025.
“Defining Class since 1886” – under this motto, our long-standing client Mercedes-Benz presented numerous innovations at the IAA Mobility 2023 in Munich. For this year’s IAA Mobility Summit we were allowed to realize a spectacular booth together with our partners Atelier Markgraph, jangled nerves & team x worldwide. One of our absolute highlights of the current trade fair year. Many thanks to the whole team for the great cooperation.
It was great at the Glücksgefühle Festival at the Hockenheimring. On behalf of the planning office for event architecture JP Spaces we were allowed to realize the Ocean Club for AIDA Cruises. Whether massage, selfie spot or party – at the booth of AIDA the festival visit became a short vacation….
In Cologne the Kind + Jugend took place again – and Raumtechnik was there. For our new customer Hauck International our team designed and realized a great booth. The customer is enthusiastic and so are we!
With a lot of pride we have successfully handed over eight (!!!) projects to our enthusiastic customers for the IAA Mobility 2023. Whether Renault, IBM, ElringKlinger, MAHLE Group, Mercedes-Benz or Webasto – every appearance is a real experience.

The Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf is a fixed date in our calendar every year. And before the world’s leading trade fair for mobile travel gets underway again this week, we take a look back at last year, where we realized trade fair stands for Mercedes-Benz Vans and Knaus Tabbert, among others.
This year NASCAR was at the start in Le Mans to celebrate its 75th anniversary and the 100th edition of the famous endurance race. We are very happy that we were allowed to realize the NASCAR booth at the race track for this purpose.
Cadillac celebrated its comeback to Le Mans in June – and we were there at the world’s most famous endurance race. For the 24-hour race, we realized the Cadillac booth at the race track together with our partner agency GPJ Germany. Visitors could not only admire the cars of the US brand, but also buy merchandise directly. Welcome back!
Our team was on the road again in the French capital in June. For the 54th Paris Air Show (Le Salon International de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace) we realized the exhibition stand for AMAG Austria Metall. With the usual Austrian hospitality, AMAG’s experts will present their latest innovations for the aviation industry.
On behalf of the JP Spaces agency, we were responsible for the construction and expansion of the DLR event container at the Bundesgartenschau in Mannheim. Until October 8, the Deutsche Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt is presenting the U-Shift, a vehicle concept for urban passenger and freight transport of the future, on a total of 460 m². The visit is worthwhile!
Since 2011 we have been working with a fantastic team in Shanghai on great projects for customers like Bentley, Cartier, Desay SV, ElringKlinger, Lamborghini, Tank or Webasto. And these are just a few highlights from the last 12 years of Raumtechnik in China. We congratulate our colleagues on site and look forward to many more years. Let’s celebrate!
On its way from CES 2023 in Las Vegas to Stuttgart, the Superdackel, star of this year’s project for Mercedes Benz, made another stop at Superplastic in New York City. Travel guide: Raumtechnik!
On Friday we celebrated a great summer party together with our Raumtechnik family. With delicious pizza fresh from the wood-fired oven, refreshing drinks and Italian music, we transformed the square in front of our company building into an Italian piazza and toasted with our team to a very successful first half of the year. Salute!
At the LIGNA 2023 in Hanover, the VOLLMER Group was represented with a booth designed and realized by us. The sharpening specialist from Biberach presented its latest machines and systems at the wood trade fair, provided information about maintenance and training services and introduced its digital solutions to the trade fair audience.
In cooperation with Schmidhuber Brand Experience GmbH, we implemented an impressive project for our client ROMA for BAU 2023.
At the world’s leading trade fair for the construction industry in Munich, ROMA presented its new products in the areas of roller shutters, external venetian blinds and textile screens. On six days, visitors could experience innovations and award-winning design in a unique atmosphere at the trade fair stand realized by us.
This question was addressed by our long-standing customer WÖHR Autoparksysteme at BAU 2023 in Munich – with an exhibition stand by Raumtechnik.
On 240m² and 100m² double floor, the specialist for parking space densification presented innovative future concepts for the redesign of urban parking space. The main attraction of the booth we realized was a physical 3D city model, on which the WÖHR vision of future urban mobility was interactively presented.
Under the motto “Accelerate Transformation”, our long-standing client Siemens once again presented its solutions and innovations at this year’s Hannover Messe. For this, we were once again allowed to realize the booth, where a fascinating range of technologies and innovations for the digital transformation of tomorrow was presented.
At the start of the season, we were once again able to implement great projects for Mercedes-Benz Classic. Together with our partner agency KurzVertikal, we realized the trade fair stand for Retro Classics in Stuttgart as well as for Techno Classica in Essen. At both of Germany’s leading trade fairs, the classic community was able to immerse itself in the historic world of the Stuttgart carmaker.
Another project at the IDS was the trade fair stand we realized for our long-standing customer DMG Dental. Here we relied on the tried and tested and added a few innovations to the booth already known from previous years. Thus, the bright, open and therefore very inviting stand was successfully used again this year. On a total of 270 square meters, our customer presented its product solutions from the dental and digital sector as well as an exciting lecture program.
Another project that we were allowed to realize for this year’s IDS in Cologne was the booth of our customer Dürr Dental. On almost 600 square meters, visitors were able to visitors could get to know the intelligent and innovative products of Dürr Dental.
In March, we were represented at the IDS in Cologne with a project for Dentsply Sirona. For five days, the public at the world’s leading trade fair for the dental industry was able to see for themselves the innovative products of our client at the trade fair stand we realized. We are looking forward to the next IDS in 2025.
The trade fair stand for our customer burgbad AG at this year’s ISH23 in Frankfurt was all about sustainability and was a real eye-catcher.
Another project we were allowed to realize for this year’s MWC in Barcelona was the booth for our longtime customer IBM. Many thanks to our team on site and to GPJ Germany from our Project Worldwide family for the great cooperation. We are looking forward to next year!
Today the IDS, the world’s most important trade fair for the dental industry, starts again in Cologne and we are at the start with a great cooperation with our customer Dentsply Sirona. In August 2022, we started with the joint planning for the trade fair appearance of Dentsply Sirona, then our Raumtechnik team developed the concept and realized the final trade fair stand including the live stage.
Today the ISH – the world’s leading trade fair for water, heat, air – starts again in Frankfurt am Main and we are there with a project for our new client hansgrohe. In cooperation with the agency 1zu33, which created the grandiose design, we realized a great trade fair stand on 2,000 square meters for the company from the Black Forest. Many thanks to all involved, this is what teamwork looks like!
Every year, the MWC in Barcelona is a date we particularly look forward to. For our long-standing customer Cisco, our team on site again realized a great booth this year, where visitors could inform themselves for four days about the innovations of the global market leader for IT and networking.
We were represented at this year’s Spielwarenmesse with a project for schleich Germany. In Nuremberg, the toy manufacturer from Schwäbisch Gmünd presented its new product groups and the latest trends and inspirations for the toy industry in a booth that it designed and implemented by us.
For our customers EGLO and Star Trading we realized a joint stand for this year’s Christmasworld in Frankfurt. At the leading international trade fair for seasonal decorations and festive decorations, the two companies presented their bright innovations and trends for the coming festive season.
With more than 237.000 visitors from over 100 countries in 16 exhibition halls, the water sports trade fair boot reported back successfully in January. And Raumtechnik was on board in Düsseldorf! For our customer Bavaria Yachts we have realized the exhibition areas in two exhibition halls.
Our Raumtechnik Renault team started the new year with a great project for the #BrusselsMotorShow. With existing material and in proven quality, we realized a high-quality exhibition stand for the French car manufacturer, with which Renault was able to present itself perfectly on 1,500 square meters. A great start to the new trade fair season!
There are now six charging stations for e-vehicles in front of our headquarters in Ostfildern. In this way, e-cars can be conveniently charged during working hours. We are gradually converting our fleet to electric drives – for a further step towards a sustainable future.
With a project for Mercedes-Benz at the CES 2023 in Las Vegas, Raumtechnik Messebau & Event Services GmbH has successfully started the new trade fair year. In cooperation with the Stuttgart agency jangled nerves, which was responsible for the conception of the project, Raumtechnik realized an exhibition stand for the Stuttgart-based carmaker that completely delighted visitors to the world’s largest trade fair for consumer electronics.
