Experienced industry expert takes over as Head of Project Management and receives executive proxy authority (Prokura)

Raumtechnik Messebau & Event Services GmbH is setting a clear strategic course for the operational future of its core business: Jan Pytlik has been appointed Head of Project Management. In this role, he will oversee all project operations and technical project management for the international trade fair specialist. With his appointment as an authorized signatory (Prokurist), Pytlik also joins Raumtechnik’s executive management team.

By appointing Jan Pytlik, Raumtechnik is capitalizing on deep in-house expertise and proven leadership. An accomplished industry professional, Pytlik has been with the company since 2008 and has played a key role in shaping operational project management across various key positions—including Project Manager, Team Lead, and most recently, Unit Director.

Throughout his tenure, Pytlik has consistently demonstrated his ability to leverage extensive hands-on experience, deliver absolute process and planning reliability, and drive team development forward. In his new capacity, he will focus on positioning the project management division for sustainable, long-term success both strategically and operationally.
